The next step after the Snapshot
The Fix
Sprint
The Snapshot tells you what is broken. This is us fixing it. We implement the top ten items from your fix list, hand you the finished pages and markup, and re-run the same questions at the end so you can see what moved.
Your Snapshot pays for part of this. The $750 Snapshot fee credits 100% toward a Fix Sprint for 60 days. Order inside that window and you pay $1,750, not $2,500.
This comes after a Snapshot, not instead of one
We will not sell you a Fix Sprint on its own. Your Snapshot fix list is the scope of the work, so without it there is nothing to implement and no way to price the job honestly. It also protects you: by the time you order, both of us already know the exact ten things being built, in writing, from your own report.
If the Snapshot comes back clean, we will tell you that and there will be no Fix Sprint to sell.
What we build
Everything maps to the same three stages as the report: Retrieved, then Cited, then Trusted. The Method page explains the model in full.
Crawler access
robots.txt rules written for the answer engine crawlers, your sitemap published and declared, and any host or firewall rule that blocks retrieval bots found and written up as an exact change for whoever runs your hosting.
The pages
Up to five pages written or rewritten against the buyer questions your report showed you could realistically win. Each one answers the question in the first paragraph, in your voice, ready to paste into your CMS.
The markup
Organization or LocalBusiness JSON-LD built from your real details, FAQPage markup on a real FAQ page, and Article markup where it belongs. Validated before we hand it over, so you are not pasting something broken.
The source list
The directories and third-party pages the engines actually cite in your market, ranked by how often, showing which ones you are missing and what each one needs from you to list you.
A closing re-measure
At the end we run the same questions across the same engines again and give you the before and after side by side. If nothing moved yet, the report says nothing moved yet. Movement usually shows up between weeks four and eight, so treat this as the new baseline rather than a final score.
How the credit works
The credit means the Snapshot works like a deposit on the Fix Sprint. Here is the arithmetic.
- The credit is 100% of what you paid for your Snapshot.
- It runs for 60 days from the day your Snapshot report is delivered.
- It applies once, to one Fix Sprint.
- It is a credit against this work, not a refund, and it has no cash value on its own.
- Order after the window closes and the Fix Sprint is $2,500. We will remind you before it lapses.
How it runs
Scope confirmed
We send you the ten items from your own report, in writing. You approve the list before anything starts.
We build
We build the pages, markup, crawler changes, and source list. One senior analyst does the work, not a subcontractor.
You review
You get everything, written in your voice, with publish steps. One round of edits is included.
Re-measure
We run the same questions on the same engines again and show you before and after side by side, plus a 30-minute call.
What this does not include
In scope
The top ten fixes from your Snapshot · up to five pages written or rewritten · all schema markup · crawler and robots changes · the ranked source list · one round of edits · the closing re-measure and readout call.
Not in scope
A new website · publishing to your live site unless you ask and give access · ongoing content writing, which is quoted separately · outreach to get you listed on third-party sites, which we tell you how to do · anything outside your top ten · any guarantee of placement, which nobody honest sells.
The one time we have run this end to end
A Colorado counseling practice came in at zero. Thirty buyer questions, zero appearances, while a competitor a few miles away was cited on eight of those same thirty and turned up in most of the nine questions the practice could realistically win. We built the FAQ page and its markup, rewrote a service page against one of those winnable questions, and fixed the business schema. Then we re-ran the same thirty questions: the practice was still absent in all thirty. Separately, in the same period, it booked a client who said without being asked that they had found it through ChatGPT.
One case is one case, and we are showing you the number that does not flatter us alongside the one that does. We are not telling you the fixes caused that booking, because we cannot prove it and neither can anyone else. We are telling you what happened, in what order, including the re-measure that showed nothing had moved yet, and you can weigh it.
Common questions
Do I have to buy a Snapshot first?
Yes. The Snapshot fix list is the scope of the Fix Sprint. Without it we would be guessing at what to build, and you would be paying us to guess. It also means the price you see here is a real fixed price rather than a range, because by the time you order we both already know exactly what the work is.
What if my fix list has more than ten items?
It usually does. The Fix Sprint implements the top ten, which are the ones ranked highest on impact against effort. The rest stay on your list, written so you or your web person can do them. If you want the remainder done too, we scope that separately and say so before you pay anything.
Do you publish the changes to my live site?
Only if you ask and give us access. The default is that we hand you finished files and the exact steps to publish them, because most owners would rather keep control of their own site. Either way nothing goes live without you seeing it first.
Do you guarantee I will show up in ChatGPT afterward?
No. Generative answers are probabilistic, and every credible buyer guide lists guaranteed placement as the first red flag. What we guarantee is the work: the pages, the markup, the crawler changes, and a re-measure that shows you what actually moved, including if the answer is nothing.
What if nothing moves?
Then the re-measure will say so, in writing, and you will have the evidence rather than a bill and a shrug. Movement usually shows up between weeks four and eight, which is after the sprint ends, so the closing re-measure is a baseline for the next one rather than a final score.
How is this different from hiring an SEO agency?
Scope and price. An agency sells a monthly retainer starting around eight thousand dollars with no defined endpoint. This is one fixed price, one defined list of ten fixes, and a finish line. If you want ongoing work afterward you can have it, but you are never signed up for it by default.
I have more than one website. Does the price cover all of them?
No. Every price on this site is for one website at one domain. That includes its www and non-www forms and any old domains that only redirect to it. A second brand site, a second country site, or a separate site on a subdomain, like a shop or a blog built on its own platform, is a second domain and is priced separately. If you have several, tell us on the call. We quote the set in writing, and the per-site price comes down as the count goes up.
If you already have a Snapshot from us, reply to your report email and we will apply the credit without you having to ask.
