Care plan
We look after how AI sees your site, month after month, so you do not have to learn how. The files stay current, the settings stay right, and you get a short note each month saying so.
Invoiced monthly in advance, by email.
Every month
The 29 checks, re-run and fixed
Platform updates and plugins undo things without telling you. We run the same check Setup used, and put back whatever drifted.
Files kept current
robots.txt, llms.txt, the sitemap and your identity data updated as your site and the crawler list change.
One small page change
A new service, a changed address, or a new FAQ, one a month, done for you and carried through the page and the data behind it.
A one-page note
It lists what we checked, what we changed, and what we left alone, and it is short enough to read in a minute.
Every quarter
A three-question check of who AI names for your service in your area, run the same way the Snapshot is. It is not the full Snapshot, but it is enough to see movement, in either direction, without buying one.
What we need
Setup done first
A Snapshot also counts. The Care plan keeps a site in a known good state, so there has to be one to keep. If you are starting from nothing, Setup is the first step.
A login that stays active
An account you create for us, kept in a password manager, used only for this work. It stays active while the plan runs and is removed the day you cancel. Buyer Mining LLC carries professional liability and cyber insurance for work on client sites.
What it is and is not
It is
It is upkeep: the checks re-run · the files and data kept current · one small change a month · a monthly note · a quarterly look at who AI names.
It is not
A guarantee that AI will name you, which nobody honest sells · a marketing retainer · content writing beyond the one change a month. For bigger work the Fix Sprint and the Citation Builder exist, and we quote them in writing.
Common questions
Why would anything drift after Setup?
Because sites are not static. A platform update rewrites robots.txt, a new plugin adds a noindex tag, a theme change drops the JSON-LD, a hosting provider turns a new crawler block on by default. None of it comes with a notice. The monthly re-check is how we catch it before it costs you a month of being unreadable.
What counts as the one small page change a month?
A new service added to your services page, a changed address or phone number carried through the site and the identity data, a new question on your FAQ page, a fixed link. Something we can do in under an hour. A new page written from scratch, or a rewrite of an existing one, is Fix Sprint work and we say so rather than squeezing it in.
Can I stop?
Yes, any time, by replying to an invoice or any email from us. The plan ends at the end of the month you have paid for. The account you created for us is removed that day, and you keep everything we put in place.
I have more than one website. Does the price cover all of them?
No. Every price on this site is for one website at one domain. That includes its www and non-www forms and any old domains that only redirect to it. A second brand site, a second country site, or a separate site on a subdomain, like a shop or a blog built on its own platform, is a second domain and is priced separately. If you have several, tell us on the call. We quote the set in writing, and the per-site price comes down as the count goes up.
