These terms are between you and Buyer Mining, a Colorado sole proprietorship ("Buyer Mining," "we," "us"). They cover using this site and buying our services.

The site content

The pages, method write-ups, and materials on this site are © Buyer Mining. Read them, share links to them, use the ideas in your own business. Please don't republish the content itself or resell it.

Buying a Snapshot

The Snapshot is a fixed-scope diagnostic ordered by form. An invoice follows by email; nothing is charged until you've seen the executive summary. The finished report is yours to keep and use. The Snapshot fee credits toward a Fix Sprint engagement for 60 days, as described on the Snapshot page. Specific engagement terms are confirmed in writing with your order.

No guarantees — on purpose

AI answer engines are probabilistic and change constantly. We sell honest measurement and a prioritized fix list, not a promise of placement. Anyone who guarantees you a spot in an AI's answer is selling something we won't.

No warranty

The site and its content are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Reports reflect what the engines said during the measurement window; answers vary between runs, and the report says so where it matters. Decisions you make from a report are yours. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the site or a report is limited to the amount you paid us for it.

Service changes

Offers, prices, and site features may change as we improve the service — beta pricing in particular. Changes don't affect work already ordered.
