Privacy policy

The short version

This site is operated by Buyer Mining, a Colorado sole proprietorship. We collect only what you type into our forms and what you email us. There are no user accounts, no advertising trackers, and no analytics cookies. We do not sell personal information, ever.

Information we collect

• Form submissions: when you request a free Shortlist Check or order a Snapshot, you give us things like your name, business name, website, competitors, and email. Our forms are hosted by Tally, which processes submissions on our behalf under its own privacy terms.
• Email: whatever you choose to include when you write to us.
• Hosting logs: Vercel hosts this site and may process standard request and operational log information to serve it.

How we use it

To run the check or Snapshot you asked for, deliver the results, send the one follow-up we promise, invoice for paid work, and answer your email. The free Shortlist Check comes with no newsletter and no drip sequence — your results and one follow-up, that's it.

The analysis itself

Our reports are built from public data only: your public website, public AI-engine answers, and public third-party sources. We do not ask for, and you should not send us, protected health information or other sensitive personal data about your clients.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no behavioral advertising or third-party analytics. The embedded Tally form operates under Tally's own terms.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be noted plainly here.
